Sea Bream Fillets, Sustainably Farmed (2 x 140g-170g)

Our sustainably farmed Sea Bream fillets can be poached, steamed or fried and have a distinctive sweet taste with a delicate texture. Best cooked with flavours that are not too overpowering. We like to bake ours in silver foil with garlic, rosemary, white wine and a sprinkling of chilli flakes. Whilst wild, south west coast sea bream supply is irregular due to overfishing, our sustainably caught farmed sea bream fillets are available all year round and from specialist Mediterranean farms that follow the highest standards of aquaculture and offer the same quality and texture as wild sea bass.
