Our free range chicken thighs come from Beech Ridge Farm in Hockworthy, Somerset, owned by Chris and Holly Dibble. Beech Ridge is committed to rearing all its chicken and poultry in a totally free-range environment where the birds have free run of the farm during the day. Just as nature intended. Beech Ridge’s free range chickens are slow-grown and live twice the length of their supermarket counterparts. Our free range chicken thighs with the bone in and skin on make them perfect for stews, casseroles and curries, barbecued or just roasted with potatoes, rosemary and garlic. We like to fry ours in butter and garlic, mushrooms, shallots, lardons, a good glug of red wine, and simmered in chicken stock.
