When the dumplings are steamed, the broth melts into a piping-hot fragrant soup that is ready to explode in the mouth when bitten into. Be careful though – these delicious bites have scalded the mouths of many soup-dumpling newbies. Each box comes with complimentary steaming paper and simple cooking instructions. Cooking instructions: Steam (12min) Line the steamer (if you don’t have a bamboo steamer then use stainless steel colander over a pot with the lid on) with the complimentary parchment paper. Arrange frozen soup dumplings in a single layer, spaced out evenly. Steam on medium to high heat for 10minutes or until dumplings is cooked.
