Classic 8 is one of the the very best all rounder yeast. Also called classic yeast. The best all round performer, performing excellently under most conditions. Best used with turbo clear and turbo carbon and significantly improve the performance of Classic 8 Turbo Yeast. Use with 8kg of sugar for high ABV, or 6kg of sugar for fast fermenting. Classic has been further improved with the inclusion of new mineral absorbents, further improving distillate quality.
