Our stunning porchetta is based on the traditions of Italian cooking (notably the region of Umbria) and uses our own free-range saddleback pork loin rolled to encase a unique stuffing. Porchetta is typically made using a whole suckling pig cooked over an open fire, but to make things a lot easier for you at home, we have adapted the recipe to give you an easy to cook, seasonal centrepiece that will be truly eye-catching on your table. You can find porchetta across Italy using a variety of different recipes but here we have combined fennel, marjoram, rosemary and thyme to provide you with a really stunning flavour. An enticing Sunday roast. Serve with skinned, cubed potatoes roasted in olive oil, with garlic and rosemary or good old roasties. This product will have previously been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing.
