Our milk-fed calves liver is from animals reared to the highest welfare standards that have been housed in well-ventilated barns with natural light and straw-bedding. Try our calves liver in a good old, traditional plate of liver and bacon, or Venetian style, with lots of sweet, caramelised onions and white wine. Produce of the Netherlands. This product will have previously been frozen and will arrive in a thawed state. Not suitable for refreezing.
