Our hand-made Steak and Kidney Pies are made with 28 day dry-aged British beef and ox kidney and simmered slowly in a rich red wine and dark beef stock gravy topped off with a buttery shortcrust pastry. Our Steak and Kidney pies made by hand in West Sussex in the traditional way using locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. This product will previously have been frozen and requires cooking prior to consumption. Cook and consume within 3 days of delivery. Cooking Instructions: Remove the outer packaging and place the pie on a baking tray. Cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees centigrade (fan assisted) for 25 minutes until piping hot throughout and fully cooked. Do not reheat.
